Matlock Beer Festival 2008 - festival information

This is the fourth annual Matlock Beer Festival. The show is bigger than ever from the kick off of the first match in the Rugby 10’s tournament to Kerry Fernandez Band finishing of the evening and with luck, no one will bare back ride the marquee to her closing number this year!

Our thanks to Matt H, Matt B, George, Simon and the rest of the committee who tirelessly strive to ensure our enjoyment. Charlotte and her staff will be cooking the finest burgers and sausages.

'Ricky's angels' will be squeezing into smaller than ever costumes behind the bar.

We are offering the eclectic mix of ales sourced by Steve and Shirley Reynaulds from Springhead brewery in addition to a couple of nines from Rob Evans at the Chatsworth brewery plus others to be arranged.

The wine tasting this year is all sourced from Grossi Wines of Italy offering the sophistication of the old world with the techniques of the new world. And the best news is: There is plenty of it.
